Garbage. This place has the worst wait times. You cand have 10-12 people in line and only 1 maybe 2 tellers working. There are other teller windows sealed up. They need to open them and hire more staff. A few of the tellers have attitudes and think they are better than everyone else. Will find another branch — Omar Dairky
The customer service agent n teller me me wait for 1 plus hrs and counting when all the banker went to lunch with out even communicating or I formally informed me. Very Bad management system no sense of customer service. The personal banker make you feel like they are doing you a favor while they where employed by chase.I will never go back to this location. the worse customer service nobody care , customer service is horrible. I walked in to an empty office and no one came out to help and when I stand on line to request help to open an account the worker statated "you need to schedule app and we have other people waiting to open an account" when reality there was no one and I was told to log in online and open an account online. Worse experience , TRAIN your staff better .Being treated like a criminal for my own money . With 2 accurate id’s plus morebunch of idiots But they were questioning anyone else like that super super rude as well. I’ve been with chase about 13 years . I’ve never had an issue like this.
