That branch in West Palmdale have one employee I believe she’s Indian. She didn’t even give me my money. She want me to wait one more day even if the money was available ,she literally lied to me told me the money not available today . I went to a different branch and I got the money same hour. Was a previous customer since 2012 and I regret to say this but this bank was better when it was Antelope Valley Bank. The customer service is not the greatest. I've been with JPM chase for less than a year and already have been offered a CC and they gave me a loan for my car. Zion is trash they're banks suck and so do their stock. — Christopher Reynoso

Worst bank I’ve ever had especially for a business account. Don’t ever do business here. They closed my account and seized my 5 figure check and my funds because they said it was 3rd part. Okay... During this Covid 19 they have closed the Lancaster branch and kept this one open. Why? The Lancaster branch has a drive thru and is larger. This one in Palmdale is smaller, much more restrictive and no drive thru. This causes major customer issues. And the tellers are very rude! — Shannon Linquist
