Burke Williams Spa in Pasadena is always such a great experience! I have been here a few times already. The place is nice. The staff was pleasant. And the massage was A++. But did annoyed me was the first 10 minutes was constant talking and laughing by staff outside my door. Was really hard to concentrate. Still left a tip for the masseuse but did mentioned it to the front desk. And was typically waiting for a response like, ok well remind staff.
