I came in after my shift on tuesday with a few coworkers. It was disappointing to see the staff immediately engage and be friendly with my coworkers while ignoring me, despite me being right there ready to order. I don't know if it's because I have a different look, but when i was finally acknowledged, I was treated like an inconvenience rather than a customer. My wife and I frequent this establishment once a month. Each time the quality of the shakes differ from too watery (consistency) to too thick. Overall, its not bad and that doesn’t change my decision to go there and order a shake. — TheDarkWolf
