I've visited Palmdale for work on three occasions over the past three months.. I've visited Baracoa two of of those three times.. On my first ever visit in Dec 2025, I sampled the Vaca Frita Sandwich featuring tender shredded beef seared crispy with grilled onions and mayo.. I have been here multiple times and recently went here to celebrate my mother in laws birthday. They allowed us to store her gluten free cupcakes with them and they brought them out at the end of dinner. It’s rare find places lately that have excellent food as well as service. Baracoa absolutely has both.
