This branch is the least helpful branch I’ve experienced. I came at 9 am for a simple wire transfer and they wouldn’t help me. Said to come back Friday because they close at 2 pm. Empty bank at 9 am but can’t help. Update: I made an appointment after going in at 9 am for an appointment at noon. When I showed them the appointment, they canceled it and said they are full. Unfortunately, another bad experience with this branch after being a 20+ year client. I went to replace a damaged $50 bill with clearly less than 50% missing portion. The branch manager stated that it can be replace only if more that 70% is presented to the teller. I asked her to confirm the 70% rule. She did and refused the service. well the plus would be that there is plenty of parking space, very clean location (outside) but unfortunately there is NO DRIVE-THRU in this facility.
