A huge American Bank is incapable of keeping its ATMs working during the weekend. One of them (on the right side) can't even read the card properly (a fairly new card) and there is a noticeable layer of dirt around the devices including the card reader. Ive frequented this bank over a couple of months and every time I get helped by Maria at the counter, she doesn't do a good job at customer service, at all.
