I visited the bank today and was treated very poorly. The assistant manager, who is supposed to be an example for employees, walked away while I was speaking and did not address my concerns. No one is answering the phone, I have been calling all day. Unprofessional. They need to hire people that aren’t lazy and afraid of customer service .
