Carlos went above and beyond to help us find the right breaks for my wife's vehicle, he is a keeper! We had made several attempts at this auto zone and others including the dealer and we were not successful at getting the right breaks. Wanted to recycle used engine oil. Never recycled in this location. Ask if they have space and they ask how much I have. Tell them 5 to 5 and a half quarts. Tell me policy limit is 5 so they can’t take any and ask if I have them in individual quarts cause they can only take 5 exactly. Never had this issue in any of the other 2 local autozones.
