I have used these guys several times and they are great. Highly recommend. Today, Joseph didn't disappoint. He explained everything clearly. Great experience. Miguel was nice but the service itself definitely seemed like a scam. Had I known he wasn’t going to do anything I would have never agreed to pay the $99. He attempted to charge almost $1400 to replace 4 items that cost around $120 for all. He informed me that labor itself was $180. I can't say enough about Arctic air! We live way up in the mountains in Tehachapi, and they had no problem coming to our house. They are high-tech, personable, efficient and extremely professional. Both Gabriel and Lazaro were amazing, diagnosed the problem, did some troubleshooting, and took care of everything. They even had recommendations for what to do in the near future.
