I specifically asked for fresh pastries and picked two different roulettes…Both turned out to be stale with bad cream. Very disappointing! God knows what’s going on in the back prep rooms! The bakery is great, and the pastry quality is about the same or better compared to other similar places I've tried. I just think the quality in all bakeries went down overtime in the last 10 years but they still taste fine.
