Stan was great. I was missing the gas hose part for my dryer and he was kind enough to go to Home Depot for me twice and figure out the size and type of hose I needed. I will give 5 stars for Appliance Insight. I used Stan for my dishwasher that was leaking water and hissing from underneath . Stan was great from start to finish. The job turned out to be more involved than expected, including two return visits because of glitches with our older Miele washing machine. Despite the extra time required, Stan stuck with the job and his price was very fair. Communication was great, scheduling was easy, and Stan clearly takes pride in his work.
