They are clearly dumb and lazy , Saying a 5 1/2 year old is too young to get an xray done, when another dentist literally did the xray 5 months ago. Telling us we should just let her tooth fall out when there is literally an extra tooth growing in that needs to be removed, verified by an actual dentist. Unprofessional. They quoted us a price, we paid in cash for everything the insurance didn't. Now they are claiming we owe $900 more and are claiming we got work done that we didn't. They are fraudulent. — Jerry Mosher

Phenomenal! Everyone from the front desk to the oral surgeon did an amazing job. They were organized, on-top of everything & completed all my dental work quickly. They were very informative & answered all of my questions, in addition to being super nice & puting me at ease. I am no longer afraid of the dentist! Beware; Be sure you review your dental statement for your billing. If I didn't verify the statement to what i paid I would have been out $685.00. My dental work was performed (Dr was wonderful) back in January and I had to inquire for the refund 6 months later. Even with that, I had to continually call for several weeks to get my refund. — L B

The receptionists spend all the time talking and taking personal phone calls ,using profanity like someone isn't standing there with their kids and they spend less time answering business calls . I called at least 6 times because they always say that they do not have my kids insurance on record when I am constantly submitting it !
