I also wish I could give a zero star review. I took my dog here as an emergency vet visit. My vet was booked and couldn't take her in as a walk in. They asked me to get there quickly so I did. The whole time I was there from check in to walking out of there. This place showed absolutely no urgency on their part. I received professional care and services for my baby Canelo who is an American Bully weighing almost 100 Lbs. Most folks are very intimidated when they see him but the care he has received has been so wonderful. Dr. David is Canelos surgeon and we appreciate all that has done for Canelo in repairing his ACL. I was so scared for my dog. They really put me at ease, answered most of my questions and made sure Diamonds was ok to come home the day of having her C-section. From the nurses to the vets at this place (and receptionists), this place is run very professionally. Our cat seemed fairly comfortable with how he was handled. This is the second pet we brought here and both times we got great care and reasonable prices. I have had a cat neutered here and another vaccinated. I will be bringing them both back for follow-ups.
