We have renewed our contract with all pest pros for years. This year apparently the service has changed. Pay $450 a year for them to inspect and spot treat termites any time we call. This year they did inspection and no treatment and said it would be $1000 to replace damaged wood. Understand an additional cost to replace wood. But what about spot treating??? 1) I received a call from their office 2 weeks ago, informing me a technician was at my house and asked if I could put my dog up. Since I had no knowledge of the appointment, nobody was home to do so. 2) Then I was told she would call me back to reschedule, but instead of a call, I received a bill for service. I left front gate unlocked for them to have easy access . They left gate opened and it banged and broke one of the dog ears. They said they are not responsible for the damage. I have used them for the last 15 years and this will be the last time they have my business. — S Boonyachut
