This place always has a soiled smell that you eventually get "use" to. The bathroom was clean but had no soap. The wait is long but once you get with a Dr its not so bad. And the staff seems friendly. I dont like that they can tell you at your appt that you need glasses but then they can schedule you to test/get prescribed glasses until almost 2mo out. The doctors, Dr. Goldstone and Dr. Chen as well as the other staff are really nice. But waiting time to get in to see the doctors is usually 25 minutes past appointment time. Maybe because they spend more time with the patients then most other eye doctors? — David Kneitel (Commando)

Listen as a customer, I should not be told by your manager that they’re making exception to assist you even though her employees are gonna go on either overtime or meal penalties. Respectfully, it is not my problem that you guys don’t have coverage I think communication is key. I had an appointment at 2 o’clock.
