Very polite and personable. Ken came out and changed the freezer sensor as my freezer was not getting cold. We hoped that would fix it. He came back on the Monday after being there Friday. Ali repaired my over the range microwave, which saved me the expensive $500 cost of replacement & installation fees. Next he worked on my stackable washer/dryer. Even though the transmission bearing is wearing out he repaired it so that I have 6 months more to use it.
